Our Chairman would like to reiterate the appeal in his Message in the Newsletter for your help in diversifying the membership of the Churchill Hall Association committee. We need to be more representative of those who have lived at Churchill, and we need people with ideas as to how we can better engage with younger alumni online and at events. It is not a requirement to attend committee meetings, and good ideas would be very welcome.

Feedback Form (Alumni Weekend 2018)

Dear Reunion Guest

We hope that you enjoyed the Dinner in The Holmes on Saturday 14th July (and any other Alumni Weekend events that you attended) and we look forward to welcoming you again next year.

To help us improve the dinner we would ask you to take a few minutes to tell us what you thought of it.

Whilst we will take note of all the responses, we will not reply individually to any comments that are made. If you have a comment or question that you would like an individual response to, please email us at committee@churchillhallassociation.co.uk
In the same way, if you want a response to a comment on one of the other events, please email us at the same address. We will pass your query on, along with your contact details, to allow the relevant people to respond.

Please let us know what you think about the following by assigning a score where offered of 1 (disliked) to 9 (liked) and so that we may better understand this score also provide a brief comment and tell us the could be done ‘even better if’ as well as the ‘what went well’ as we really want to know what your thoughts are:

1)

2)

3)

4)

5) Last year, we held a combined Dinner with the other Hall Associations at Wills Hall (adopting their usual style of meal).
This year we returned to our normal venue and format. There may be other formats that we might adopt in the future.
If you attended both Reunions, please tell us which you prefer.
Whether you attended the Reunion last year or not, please give us your thoughts as to what you would like to see in the future.
In particular, we have been considering whether or not the suggestion of a “black tie” dinner is still appropriate and we would appreciate your thoughts on this point.

6) Please give an indication of how likely you are to attend the Reunion Dinner next year.

7) If your answer to question 6 is more towards not attending than attending please indicate what changes would make you more likely to attend or, if you wish, indicate why you are not likely to attend.

8) Other Events - For many, the Dinner is only part of the Reunion Weekend. This year, the various events were arranged by a number of different groups and individuals (rather than everything – apart from the dinners – being organised by the Alumni Relations Office on behalf of the Alumni Association. If you attended any of these events and would like to comment about them, please do so here (remembering to state which event you are referring to.) This will be passed on to the relevant organiser, although your identity will not.

Do you have any other thoughts about the Dinner, the Reunion Weekend as a whole or any other activities which the Association should consider?

As you are probably aware, we do not retain our own database of contact details – we rely on the Alumni Relations Office to undertake our mailings for us. If you are willing for us to retain your details from your booking with us so that we can give you early advice about future dinners, please provide your name(s) and email address in the fields below. Your information will be held in accordance with the terms of our Privacy Policy (also on this page). (If you are not happy for us to retain this information as signified by not consenting to these conditions, details of your bookings will be securely destroyed once we have finalised the payments for the Reunion.

I give my consent to retain my information (required)?

We would like to get more people involved in the running of the Association. If you would like to help in any way, please let us know using the contact form below.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback
